I am a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a background in psychology and economics.

 

I have been in the mortgage industry for 34 years starting as a loan officer at Norwest.  From there, I went to Mortgage Loan Associates where we were honored as the number one mortgage company in Fort Myers from the New Press.  With experience under my belt, I ran my own mortgage company and hired several loan officers.   I then went to work for a mortgage company as a Vice President in a large well respected Realty Company.  When the industry changed I worked for a large company and after 3 years decided to work as a branch manager of Sagamore Home Loan, LLc DBA Mortgages and More!   I then went to Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, as they have wonderful loan products to give our customers more choices. We have stated income loans and no seasoning after foreclosures or bankruptcies. All government loans including reverse mortgages, construction financing and commercial loans !!
 

I can't tell you how happy it makes me when I am at the closing table seeing my customers so excited.  Especially, first time home buyers who I have worked with for months helping them raise their credit scores.  And, then are able to finally purchase their homes because they have the credit scores they deserve! I have always enjoyed working with people, explaining the process of obtaining a loan and making my customers feel great about home ownership!
